This hotel was beautiful! But looks can be deceiving. In our room, the tv, toilet and sink were broken along with no towels available. Though there were many cleaning and maintenance staff visible, service was extremely slow even though we were the only guests at the hotel!!! It took 1 hour to get pool towels, and the wait staff for lunch was no where to be found. When bringing these disappoints up with the management they seemed uninterested and annoyed. We were charged for parking despite the website advertising it was free private parking.
Though the pool was magnificent ( only good thing about the hotel ), I would not recommend this hotel. Service was horrible, we felt ignored as clients, and left as soon as the sun came up!

The employees are too nice and friendly (housekeeper, receptionist, waiters, valet….) the breakfast is offered by the establishment itself it was not diversified but that does it on the other hand it is necessary to maintain the rooms but overall I rate 8/10 for a 4 star hotel

Si vous cherchez un hôtel où seule la vue vaut le coup, alors foncez. Mais si vous attendez un minimum de confort, de service et de respect pour votre argent, passez votre chemin. Commençons par l’accueil : froid, impersonnel, presque désagréable. On a l’impression de déranger plutôt que d’être un client qui paie (cher) pour un séjour. La chambre ? Une vaste blague. Déco dépassée, literie inconfortable, insonorisation inexistante : entre les bruits du couloir, ceux des voisins et les grincements du mobilier, impossible de se reposer correctement. Mais le pire reste le dîner. Un véritable scandale ! Pour 2000 Dhs la nuit, on s’attend au moins à un repas décent. Au lieu de ça, on nous sert des plats insipides, visiblement préparés à la va-vite avec des produits de qualité douteuse. Les portions sont ridicules, le goût absent et le service aussi lent que désinvolte. On a presque l’impression que le personnel lui-même a honte de ce qu’il sert. Bref, à part la vue (qui, soyons honnêtes, ne justifie en rien le prix exorbitant), cet hôtel est une énorme déception. Rapport qualité-prix inexistant, prestations médiocres, sentiment de s’être fait avoir. Une expérience que je ne renouvellerai jamais et que je déconseille fortement.

C'était un séjour parfait!
J'ai aimé chaque détail de l'hôtel, sa vue, le calme, sa structure et son emplacement qui crée cette opportunité pour se connecter avec la nature et avec soi même, la sympathie et disponibilité du staff, la séance de relaxation du massage à pierre, l'écoute et l'échange enrichissant et spirituel avec Mr Mounir durant la séance de consultation thérapeutique.
Un vrai escape du bruit de la vie quotidienne.
Une expérience à refaire surement!!
